Bonni Stachowiak is the president and founder of Innovate Learning. She is also a professor in the School of Business and Management for Vanguard University of Southern California, where she teaches courses in business, marketing, leadership, and technology. Bonni has over 15 years of business experience and prior to transitioning to academic roles and consulting opportunities, she held executive positions in human resources and learning for franchise and education organizations.

She has partnered with and advised non-profit and for-profit organizations, developing ways to maximize the potential of human capital. Her clients have included the University of California, Irvine, Meguiar’s, Broadcom, Chapman University, The College of Automotive Management, and The Irvine Company, to name a few. Her unique background in learning, leadership, and technology brings her clients an innovative and cost-effective approach to organizational growth and achievement.

Bonni has a MA in organizational leadership from Chapman University and is presently completing her doctorate in organizational leadership from Pepperdine University. She is on the board of directors for Vanguard’s Center for Women’s Studies and is the faculty advisor for Vanguard’s chapter of Students in Free Enterprise.

Dave Stachowiak has a proven track record of facilitating learning with organizations and individuals.  In addition to his work at Innovate Learning, Dave is a senior instructor and leadership coach serving Dale Carnegie Training of Long Beach.  He is an accomplished facilitator and consistently ranked by clients as a top instructor in the worldwide organization.  Dave's leadership experience includes managing an education business and mentoring teams of employees to top performance.

Dave has coached clients in numerous organizations including Northrop Grumman, The Boeing Company, and ExxonMobil.  He is experienced in using assessments and individual learning to help leaders and professionals work well with their employees and perform at their maximum level.  Dave is qualified to administer the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator and is a graduate of Coach U, accredited by the International Coach Federation.

He serves as an adjunct professor of business management at Vanguard University of Southern California and holds a masters degree in organizational leadership from Chapman University.  In addition, he is pursuing his doctorate in organizational leadership at Pepperdine University.

Dave is a member of the Professional Coaches and Mentors Association, the International Coach Federation, and serves as a business advisor to the chapter of Students in Free Enterprise (SIFE) at Vanguard University.

Nancy Chen Lane has over 10 years as a trainer specializing in social justice, diversity awareness and management, conflict resolution, communication, leadership, wellness, and outdoor experiential education.  She is currently also an Organizational Development and Training Specialist in Human Resources and a facilitator for the TeamUp! high ropes odyssey course at the University of California, Irvine.

She has extensive higher and postsecondary education experience working with students, staff, and faculty at the University of California, Irvine and Riverside; Columbia University; University of Michigan; New York University; and the State University of New York at Buffalo.  She is dedicated to creating work environments that value and respect the contributions and talents of all their employees and which reflect the organization's core values.  Prior to working in Higher Education, she worked in business for a Fortune 50 corporation.

Nancy has an MA in Higher and Postsecondary Education from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor and a BS in Business Administration from the State University of New York at Buffalo.  She is a certified California state mediator; qualified to administer the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator; and a certified Achieve Global Genuine Leadership facilitator.
